Shipping Options and Rates

We currently ship with US Postal Office in business days, Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note shipping process starts from the date you receive an email ”Your order has shipped” as it can take a few days to get a controller built and tested.* You will be provided with Anticipated Arrival Date when selecting a shipping method.

* Assembly time varies depending on the sales volume/season and Add On options added ( Same Day Assembly guarantees your order will go out within 24 hours on weekdays or the following Monday if placed on a weekend or holiday.)

Tracking your order

All orders have tracking numbers assigned to them. You will receive an email with your tracking number once a shipping label is generated for your order. Same tracking number will be reflected in your account with us under the Purchase History Tab.

 

Lost package

If a package doesn’t get delivered to the shipping address provided in your account within a specified time frame, please contact our Support Team via Toll Free 888 909 5908 or email support@megamodzplanet.com with your order number or a complete name the order was placed under. An agent will start a case with a shipping carrier on your behalf to locate your package and typically about 90 % of packages get delivered to recipient address within 3 - 5 business days from the case initiation date. If it has been more than 5 business days from the date a claim was filed, you are entitled to a 100% refund or a replacement. If an order involves international shipping, the time to complete an investigation can vary depending on the country.

If you claim a package was not delivered to the correct shipping address but its tracking status says “Delivered”, you are not entitled to a refund or a replacement and it becomes your responsibility to file a claim with a mailing carrier.

 

APO/FPO/DPO addresses

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses in accordance with our domestic or international shipping options pricing.

 

Undeliverable as addressed

If you notice the shipping address for your package is wrong or incomplete, contact as soon as possible! However we can’t guarantee we will be able to request a correction to the original address on your package once it leaves our facility. In this case the package will be returned to us and we will re-ship it to a correct address. Please note a shipping fee will be applied.

If a package was shipped to a wrong address, its tracking status will say “ Undeliverable as addressed” and the package will be sent back to us. We will reship the package to a new/edited address after contacting you via email or by phone. Please note a shipping fee will be applied.
