Every controller comes with standard 90 days warranty (12 months extended warranty is available) as well.
If the problem has not been resolved, please log into your account and click on Request RMA button under Purchase History Tab. You will be contacted back and a shipping label will be emailed to you. Make sure to include a receipt, a note with a brief description of the issue and a reliable phone number in case we need to reach you. If you do not have a receipt, include your name and/or the order # so we could locate you in the system.
Your controller will be repaired and shipped back to you within 24-72 hours.

We stand behind our product and offer 90 days standard warranty on our modded controllers. You can also buy an extended 12 months warranty for $12.99. An extended warranty covers functionality of the controller, any buttons and parts malfunctioning and labor. The warranty does not cover personal damage to controller or any parts.
IMPORTANT: All of our controllers have warranty stickers on the inside and outside. If the stickers are removed or damaged, the warranty is void and your item is no longer refundable. These labels can only be damaged when trying to open a controller.
